About NCVC

The North Carolina Vaping Council was established in 2015 by Robert Wagner and Kristy Wagner (Vapor Market) and Sherwin Mena (Trinity Vapor Lounge) for the sole purpose of activiely engaging in public policy, securing the rights of vapers and the vaping industry and policing state and local tax policies.

Our Mission

The North Carolina Vaping Council (NCVC) is dedicated to protecting the rights of the vaping industry (brick and mortar shops, e-liquid manufaturers and vaping industry start-ups) and fellow vapers.  NCVC strongly believes in securing and protecting open sourced systems, the right to puchase e-liquid via online sales, the use of flavors in e-liquid and fair state and local tax policies.

We Need An Army and a War Chest

We immediatly need funds.  Lobbyists' are not cheap.  Time is not on our side.  Three (3) bills are already proposed this 2015 session that would affect the NC vaping industy detrimentally.  We are asking every shop owner and juice maker to contribute $200 monthly to pay for the lobbyist and increase our war chest.  NCVC is a registered NC Non-Profit dedicated to helping the vaping industry.  We will be able to fundraise and support friends of the industry.  Instead of wishing for a better future, we now have the ability to shape our future.  Click here to become a donor today!
